Bittersweet Coco's fleece is a medium brown color.  She has black points meaning her upper head and lower legs dramatically deepen in shade from brown all the way to true black.  This gives her a very striking appearance.

Her color recessive is True Black (which comes from her True Black sire Jericho 69i).  Having True Black as her color recessive means if she is bred to True Black, 50% of her offspring will be True Black and 50% will be medium brown.  Further, if she is bred to a grey sire, then 50% of her offspring will be silver grey or rose grey.
